The user menu lets you access to features that are specific to your user, and lets you customize your personal settings.

The user menu contains two items:

  • My Settings. Hover this item to show a context menu with additional menu items.
  • Log Out. Logs you out of ER/Studio Team Server, ending your current user session.

Item Description

Help

Displays the online help.

Preferences

Lets you define your email address, as well as your search and filtering preferences.

Labels
(only non-social users)

Opens a list with your labels and labeled ER objects. See Working with ER Object Labels.

Comments
(only non-social users)

Opens a list with your comments to ER objects. See Working with ER Object Comments.

Watches
(only non-social users)

Opens a list with the ER objects that you are watching for updates.

Admin
(only super users)

Gives you access to administrative functions. Manage licenses, permissions, data synchronization, schedules, and more.

Activity
(only super users)

Displays graphics of login activity, connection activity, and ER object history. You can click the bars on the graphics to access detailed reports.

SystemSettings
(only super users)

Gives you access to social administrator configuration.

Notifications
(only social users)

Lets you configure your notification settings.
