Dispatcher of the OnDescriptorRead event.
DoOnDescriptorRead is called when the data of a descriptor of a service from a remote device is read from the remote device.
You start a read operation using ReadDescriptor.
This event dispatcher receives the following parameters:
Senderis the remote device that provides the descriptor.ADescriptoris the descriptor that has been read.AGattStatusis the exit status of the read operation.
