Browsing the App Catalog
Go Up to Application Management
On AppWave Admin you can browse the App catalog in much the same way as you would browse the AppWave Store.
Access the Catalog from the AppWave Browser:
- Go to the Admin tab on the Appwave Browser.
- Click BROWSE CATALOG on the menu bar.
- Note: you can return to the AppWave Dashboard using the toolbar.
Access the Catalog from the AppWave Home page.
- Go to
http://<serverhostname>:<portnumber>/aaserver - Click Browse Catalog
- The LOGIN page appears where you must provide your user credentials, as specified by your administrator.
- Click Login
- Note: you can return to the AppWave Dashboard by clicking the browser back button.
You can give your users the URL to this catalog, without risking your security. The URL format is as follows: http://<your AppWave name>:<port number>/catalog.html
From the AppWave catalog, users can browse for applications, view App details, and run Apps. If they do not have AppWave Browser already installed, the user has the option to download the AppWave launcher and install AppWave Browser.
