Display Diagram Usage When Deleting Elements
|
If you select this preference, the Delete dialog displays the following option: “Click here to see the diagrams on which the elements appear.” When you click , a box opens showing a list of the other diagrams that are using this object.

Automatically Delete Event Triggers and Results
|
You have two options when deleting a trigger/result from an event: Prompt: A Delete dialog will always open warning you that all event triggers/results along with their associated information will be deleted. When you select OK, the trigger/result(s) are removed from the event. Always: The trigger/result(s) are deleted without a warning dialog. The default setting is Prompt.

Validating Against BPMN Specification
|
When you create a new project, this validation preference sets the default value in the New Project Wizard dialog. You can select whether you do not want any validation ot occur, or you can choose whether you want to validate against the BPMN 1.x or BPMN 2.0 standards.

Pools
The Pools preference has one setting:

Adjust pool size when resizing lanes
|
When this option is selected (default setting) if you increase the size of a lane, the pool increases in size as well. If you deselect this preference, you won’t see the pool grow in size and the lane above or below it will shrink.

Processes
The Processes preference has one setting:

Show Processes in Application
|
Select this option to display elements in a diagram or pool under the Process node () in the Model View. If this option is not selected, all elements are displayed under the Pool node.
