Database Aliases Dialog

Go Up to IBConsole Dialogs

The Database Aliases dialog Database Alias eliminates the need of knowing the exact location of the database file by the client application as long as the client application refers to the database by its alias. The Database Aliases allows you to view and delete existing aliases. To access the Database Aliases dialogue, on the menu bar go to Server > Database Aliases.
