Go Up to Dashboard Commands


The Service Status information available from the Admin Dashboard page allows you to easily troubleshoot problems and access the configuration application to address your concerns.

To access the Service Status page:

  1. From the AppWave Dashboard, click Service Status. You can also access this option from the APPWAVE menu on the left.
  2. The Service Status page appears.
  3. You can see here the status of all services and components related with Appwave.
  4. Click the link in the Message/Action column to bring up the page that allows you to view or reconfigure the service.

A description of each Message/Action is described in the table below.

Message/Action Description
Host
It shows the url of the host and the time that the server is up.
Public Catalog
It shows the url to the public catalog and the last updated time.
License Hosting Service
It shows the url of the Embarcadero License server.
License Service
Set Up Licenses.
User Registration Service (EDN)
members.embarcadero.com
Tomcat Service
SYSTEM MANAGEMENT > System Properties > Optimization (Tomcat Configuration)
Tomcat Shutdown Service
Data Repository (InterBase)
