IBConsole

InterBase 2020 Update 5 various improvements to IBConsole appearance and functionality, these changes help to improve its usability. The following is a list of the most relevant changes:

A redesigned and modernized UI.
Support for HighDPI icons and scalable windows.
Search and filter results on different parts of IBConsole, which makes easier finding specific items or actions:
- Search and filter items on the Multi-Purpose Section.
- Quickly find servers and databases listed on the Server Tree
- Quickly find Tables, Views, or Fields on the Interactive SQL Window.
Improved navigation, tabbed content provides a more organized way to drilldown on elements.

IBToGo

InterBase IBToGo now supports iOS Simulator for ARM64 (Apple Silicon).

Other

Starting with InterBase 2020 Update 5 All primary supported platforms now use OpenSSL 1.1.1
Parameterized queries in InterBase 2020 Update 5 can now use parameters in expressions with concatenation and arithmetic operators, and also within CAST().
gstat now provides more statistics about blobs, you can now get blob count per table at various levels.

Non RADStudio developers can now distribute IBLite with customer applications for free.
